Description
Nate is a Principal with The RBL Group and the CFO (Chief Fun Officer). His areas of expertise include building high value-added business strategies together with powerfully aligned and actionable implementation plans. He helps companies identify and create organization capabilities that will add the greatest value to customers and shareholders. Nate does extensive work helping senior leaders analyze their company’s leadership and HR competency models to bring them into alignment with their overall business strategy. His work focuses on aligning the internal behaviors of leaders and employees with the expectations of key external stakeholders to create a powerful leadership brand for the organization.
During his time at RBL, Nate has developed an impressive list of corporate clients. These include LG, Saudi Aramco, Exelon, Oman Oil Group, CIBC, Gap, Dow, Nokia, Raytheon, Siemens AG, Roger’s Communications, Takeda, Pfizer, Novartis, DHL, Statoil, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, the Singapore Ministry of Manpower, Saudi Electricity, and several others.
Before RBL, Nate worked at Intel where he had considerable experience in survey design, analysis, customer experience, and channel marketing. He supervised efforts to link the mind-set and practices on the inside of the company with market requirements on the outside. In this role, he worked closely with line executives on the inside and with targeted customer groups on the outside.
He has worked in countries throughout the world including Taiwan, China, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Malaysia, South Africa, Germany, France, UK, Latin America, Canada, and the U.S. He speaks Mandarin Chinese and holds a master’s degree in business management and organizational behavior.
