Today's veterinary organizations face many challenges, some of which are not new but old problems that continue or worsen because the root cause of the problem has not been addressed; instead, bandage solutions have been applied, masking the symptoms and exacerbating the underlying problem.
With this webinar, the VHMA is pleased to announce the launch of a new toolkit, The Organizational Diagnosis and Design Toolkit, that provides leaders of veterinary organizations with a practical and effective approach to understanding the root causes of organizational problems and equips them with the necessary tools to find effective solutions.
Nate Thompson will provide a step-by-step guide highlighting key questions and examples through the toolkit. Attendees will learn how a systematic approach can be used to improve how the work gets done in our organizations for better outcomes.
