Jill Howell MA, ATR-BC, LPC, The author of “Color, Draw, Collage: Create Your Way to a Less Stressful Life” Skyhorse Publishing 2017. She focuses on using art, hobbies, and other relaxation techniques, including visualization, breathing, and guided meditation. She earned a BFA in illustration from the School of Visual Arts and an MA in art therapy from Marywood University. She was the coordinator of the Complementary and Alternative Medicine Program for Pocono Health System and Cancer Center focusing on creating a more healing environment. She is currently a private practice Licensed Professional Counselor and lectures about creative stress management. She has a theater background, making her a lively and engaging speaker.
