When it comes to best practices for veterinary practice management, much of it centers on managing financial risk. But how do veterinary hospitals do that in today’s economy, with inflation, labor shortages, and full appointment books? In this webinar, Terry O’Neil, CPA, CVA, from Katz, Sapper & Miller, will share his insights on how veterinary hospitals can prudently manage their finances in a challenging economic environment. Topics include budgeting (including budgeting for raises), fee increases tied to raises, internal controls, and conducting a break-even analysis.
