She is a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager with over 25 years of experience in the veterinary industry. Johana has presented nationally at practice management meetings and speaks regularly to veterinary owners and practice managers about strategy, tactical operations, and data management. Johana holds a bachelor's degree in Animal Science from Cornell University, and a Master's in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, and continues to be a lifelong learner, constantly seeking new opportunities for personal and professional growth.
