Recently, she founded VetMatch - dedicated to reducing burnout and bringing like-minded veterinary professionals back together - strong. A two-time TEDx Speaker and multi-award winning author, Dr. Pyka now shares her experiences speaking and training veterinary communities around the world. Through her integration of viable budgets and effective staff selection, Ingrid effectively eliminated $100,000/year losses in one non-profit hospital. Another struggling corporate specialty practice with her leadership finally became fully staffed and jumped to the top production growth in the region. Both occurred in less than a year. Through her consulting and trainings, Ingrid continues to inspire and bring the veterinary communities together with viable solutions. Ingrid has worked as an associate and relief veterinarian, owned her own practice, managed both corporate and non-profit hospitals.
