The goal of this session is to introduce attendees to problem-solving using a systems approach, utilizing the VHMA’s Organizational Diagnosis and Design Toolkit.
This program will provide participants with an overview of the VHMA’s Organizational Diagnosis and Design Toolkit with the intent of introducing systems thinking, organizational diagnosis, and organizational design to facilitate problem-solving. Case studies will be presented to show how this new approach to problem-solving can be used in the workplace.
