Tim concentrates his practice on labor and employment law in the exclusive representation of management. In this capacity, he is recognized by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce as a "Top Ranked Labor & Employment Lawyer," By Ingram as a "Best Lawyer," and by LRI as one of the "Top Labor Lawyers in America." He advises and defends clients on all aspects of the employer/employee relationship, focusing on labor relations/union avoidance. Tim is also active in the human resources community as a Society of Human Resource Management member and former President of SHRM-KC.
