VHMA Member Price: $0 ; Non-Member Price: $30
Perfecting the Performance Review Process will begin by discussing the benefits organizations and employees receive when a strong system is in place. In addition, it discusses why some managers avoid them. The presentation then explores different styles of performance reviews, how to implement an easily managed structured process that can be repeated consistently and some potential pitfalls to watch out for. In conclusion, the workshop reviews all the positive outcomes for both the employee and the practice when a strong feedback system is in place. Our people are our strongest asset and providing them feedback shows how we invest in them and their future which results in a successful veterinary practice.
