Stuart’s experiences have provided him with a clear understanding of the issues associated with advising and leading high performance human resource teams, controlling HR costs and improving HR effectiveness. Most importantly he understands the link between employee engagement, HR practices and business results.
Stuart holds a Bachelor of Science and a Juris Doctor. He is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), and is civically active in St. Petersburg, FL. He is a veteran, having served nine (9) years in the United States Army Reserve, as a JAG officer.
With over 20 years’ experience in human resources, employment law and professional services, Stuart has worked in operational and consulting roles including a full range of human resources services to small, medium and large enterprises.
