VHMA Webinar: Using Your Data Collection Strategically
VHMA Member Price: $0 and Nonmember Price: $30
How often in our busy lives as managers do we run all our monthly reports, glance at them, and then file them away? In this program, we will look at ways to utilize our compiled reports to strategically review how our initiatives are working, how our marketing plans are performing, and ways to share with our team our progress.
Lisa will discuss the advantage of building strategies and tactics based on our numbers and data. Creating ways to monitor forward booking, bonding rates, and net gain/loss of patients help our hospitals financially. We will look at how data can help us quickly audit our reminder systems and their effectiveness, as well as plan staffing levels. Throughout the webinar presentation we will see how the reports and data can be a tool for holding our team accountable to our hospitals goals and making accountability part of your hospital culture.
