VHMA Webinar: Enhancing the Curbside Connection, Rebuilding the Client Bond
VHMA Member Price: $0; Nonmember Price: $0
The goal of the veterinary profession is to help pets, but this can be difficult if the practice does not have a connection with clients. The impact of COVID-19 has been far-reaching, resulting in many practices implementing curbside care to protect clients and staff. While the quality of patient care has not been affected, curbside care has challenged the staff’s ability to maintain, nurture, and strengthen client relationships. Reputation management is more critical now than ever. This presentation will present tips and strategies for creating meaningful connections with new and existing clients during limited face-to-face interactions. Relying on valuable lessons learned during the pandemic, the presentation will highlight actions participants can adopt to strengthen the practice/client bond.
This presentation pulls highlights and tools from the VHMA/PVU Management Essentials – Reputation Management program to help support your practice's marketing activities.
