Carolyn C. Shadle, Ph.D. is the owner of Interpersonal Communication Services, Inc. which has been assisting individuals and organizations for more than 35 years. Many in the veterinary field know her as the author of Communication Cases: Building Interpersonal Skills in the Veterinary Practice, published by the American Animal Hospital Association. She writes for various pet care and veterinary publications and has presented at conferences including AVMA, WVC, IAAHPC, ACVC, FETCH360. She holds a Ph.D. in organizational and interpersonal communication from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
